I used to love coffee thickshakes. More calories than eating an elephant.

I'd be breaking wind at 90 too.
I've noticed in the last few weeks a run on tonic water. I wonder if some people have the silly notion that the quinine in it can prevent covid 19. I use tonic water with various NA concoctions and I'm getting rather upset that I can't find any.

I like tonic water, but that is an awful lot. Yuk. No wonder they mixed it with gin.
not that I'm in any danger of drinking, just feeling sorry for those who had malaria and had to drink so much quinine.

I am fairy sure I have a stress fracture in my ankle. But no I have not had an xray. But OMG it hurts.....
My body lately is not doing well....time to trade it in for a new model I think.
