Love those Mountain man cakes.... real cute...

But I have to find me a seat some place

Thankyou for the thoughtful cake, Leigh. I am truly touched.
Being careful with the ol' fried bod. It reminds me I am not young anymore.
So lots of walking and limited gym weights for strength, but not pushing either to extremes (anymore).
I have achieved stuff well by pushing in early recovery- now I needs smart learnin' thoughts to be in control.

On the bus with an Extra large cup of coffee....... watch out people I am coming on board.....
I have Pancakes for everyone with syrup, Jam, butter, applesauce...... anything you want on top.....

I did a casual five mile nature walk early this morning. Now enjoying my second cup of coffee on the bus.

On the bus for another sober Tuesday.

This is how I remember my childhood beach...so much sun and sugary sand. A burger and fries at the table and back to the water. Maybe an ice cream later.

Pancakes sound good sunpen.

A nature walk sounds a great idea stargazer, I might do that at the weekend if the weather complies.

A mere half a day to go Leigh, getting real close. It will be great to get it over with.

Happy Canada day everyone! No better place to celebrate than on the sober bus. Fireworks sales have sky rocketed this year with the lack of any public display. The last two days have been hot hot hot. We get a day off and what does the weather person do? makes it rain.

Tomorrow is supposed to be the hottest day yet so far this year.

Got in another five mile nature walk just past sunrise this morning. Woke to find a raccoon eating at one of my bird feeders.

I hope the rain continues. Fireworks I could do without.

It's still cool enough in the mornings for me to put the heat on for a couple hours. I love it.
