Sao, I did a double take at your bus photo. It's my local transit system. SEPTA=Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority. Too funny.

So sorry for your difficult situation Harriet. Hugs to you and your family.

Got down to our beach vacation house. Air conditioner on the first floor isn't working. It will be interesting to see if anyone is available for service on a holiday. About 5% of folks here are wearing masks. I see this holiday weekend becoming the basis of another round of Covid possibly. I will be the one with the mask tan lines.

On the Septa sober bus.

I am on the bus.... and wish you all a very Happy 4th of July.....
I started up the Grill if anyone is Hungry .......Lots of food......

I will have some fun on the beach if anyone wants to join me..................

then I will relax

the fireworks are getting started soon

Brought some Muffins on board as well for those that are hungry.....

Wow..... what a fireworks display even though some were not safe and others were......

Harriet i'm sorry to read of the passing of your DiL's mum. I hope she can maybe get herself together after a while.

Glad to be aboard the SEPTA Sober Bus.

Dragon, I remember you saying at least one of your parents was from Chart in Kent. This made the lower reaches of the national news yesterday - a car crashed into the pub there a few hours before it was due to open after the Covid Lockdown.

I guess those post were not meant to stop vehicles, lucky it wasn't busy. I've seen some pictures of packed streets in London following the opening of pubs.
.... Ashford actually, but I'm not sure ow it works, is Ashford inside Great Chart? and then Great Chart is in the county of Kent?

$55,000 eh bim? I bet if we all put together our sober savings we could buy that and tour in style!
