We have a silly slow to change transit system. Thru out the lock down they ran at full schedule with no one on the buses. Then as the province start phase one of re-opening, the transit system decides to go on reduced service forcing people to pack into the buses. They are just darn lucky that we have a low infection rate. It was all over the news, the drivers are letting everyone on the bus 'cause it's not their job to limit riders.
