Up before 4:00 AM myself so I’m back in the early routine for today.
No CK, there is no life before coffee. I tell myself I’m going to cut down but it’s not happening.
It was good to be out yesterday and I did get a few things done. I found the book I’ve been looking for and couldn’t remember the name. I had it once and have no clue what happened to it. “ The Book of Awakening” It was sitting right in front of me in the tea shop downstairs after yoga class. I am happy it was waiting for me.

Another up before 5:00 AM day. I’m enjoying my coffee and cinnamon roll. Maybe the cafe rolls are bigger and better?

CK...you are going to 'bring the kitchen staff out' if you start to sing that!
