Ouch, that is early season cold Dragon. You have a long winter ahead of you.
We are expecting a killing frost tonight, which will finish off my tropical summer plants. Normally, we would have had one weeks ago, but it was a warm and rainy autumn until recently.
Up at 4:25 am for work. Enjoying a big mug of coffee.

Listened to alarm for a few minutes.
Ft Collins was fun yesterday. I discovered English digestive biscuits. They are delicious and a new addiction.
Yoga and women’s meeting today.

Slept for 9 hours last night and was lazy yesterday. Not good and no excuse.
Appointment this morning. I need the forced motivation.

I've not posted in this thread for a while, sorry about that.
It was around 8am this morning. I've been sleeping slightly later recently but that's because I've spending a lot more days doing stuff and ending up going to bed a bit later.
It's still way better than the old days of spending most of the day in bed unless I was up early starting on a bottle.

Early appointments today before meeting at noon. There is a birthday today and I hope she’s well enough to attend.
Visiting AS in jail tonight with XAH. Intend to reset some boundaries I’ve let be crossed by him. An extremely uncomfortable situation I’ve enabled awaits.

I had yesterday off also. Nice to sleep in to about 0621. Easy day.
Up this morning 0421. Probably won't get a lot of work done until after lunch as at 0800-1000 is Bystander Training (then spin at 1100). In the military these days, there are no bystanders. If a GI sees his/her shipmate being assaulted or harassed and does nothing, that person can be brought up on charges.
