Can't sleep. Got a copy of my mother's death certificate for some paperwork...it seemed so surreal. I still cry alot.
My father isn't calling me back. So I pray.

So sorry Chloe. Sometimes all one can do is feel your emotions through. It's not easy for us alcoholics, as we always attempted to drown any bad feelings we experienced.

Welcome Geuner! My wife has heritage that dates back to New Mexico back when it was still Mexico. She tells me it is incredibly beautiful. I have a visit on my bucket list.

Up at 2:20 this morning, though been awake since 1:30 or so. Very mild here for this time of year. Not complaining.

Slept all night without a 2 hour cough fest. This cold is a demon.
I had my feeding tube removed yesterday so I’m another step closer to “normal”. This has been a long ordeal.
Going out to lunch today to celebrate.

Stargazer, Mr. Ringo and I visited Santa Fe, NM earlier this year. Yes, very beautiful.

Strange work week (energy and sleep related) coming to an end. Alarm went off all week at 0410 but I didn't get up. Today was 0421.

Was awoken with a tornado warning sent out to all cell phones just before midnight last night. Heavy thunderstorms followed for hours. Very poor sleep as a result. Up at 2:20 for work.

Skipping yoga class once again. Coughing fit wouldn’t be good there.
Feeling better and pigged out at lunch yesterday.
Noon women’s meeting planned.

They are, its a group of people from young to seniors at all sorts of skill levels. I started for two reasons: 1) I was very interested and was already messing about with the instrument and 2) My daughter was fighting anxiety and depression and I thought it would do good for the two of us to do something together in a social setting. And it really did help.

Sounds awesome Dragon. My daughter has really picked up on it quickly and sounds quite good playing.

Up at 2:20 am, but got an extra hour in because of the shift here from Daylight Savings Time. Bonus!

Up at 2:20 am this morning. The downside of ending DSL is that I was up later than my body wanted to be, so I'm extra tired this morning. Thankfully a couple days off after today.

Went to see “The Old Man and the Gun” yesterday. Robert Redford still has it. Very enjoyable movie,
