Early Risers Check-in Thread Pt 7
I was up and down all night, so I was worried on how I would feel this morning, mentally. It's easier to combat my AV when I'm feeling rested. But I'm feeling well and look forward to another day without the alcohol.
Enjoying my last day off with an early cup of coffee and watching (enduring?) my new kittens at play all over my table. I've not had much luck with them sleeping in past when I get up, and they love to walk across my keyboard when I'm typing. To all of you working today, have a good experience out there.
This morning, sitting here at my girlfriend's house, sipping coffee, my morning meditations and reflections complete, everyone else still fast asleep in their beds, all the animals fed and cared for, I have had a moment to reflect on how truly blessed I am. Thank you, SR community, for the support and encouragement you offer to us all, especially when we really need it. Have a good day everyone!

Good moring Sunday. Ahh that peacful morning time when the animals (scruffy puppy in my case) are fed everyones in bed and it's just me, SR and a hot cuppa. I discovered how much I loved it when I sobered up and I still love it now.

Welcome labgirl. I used to live in Georgia: Augusta twice and Columbus once. Loved it.
Welcome dafunbra!
Overslept just a bit (0447), streamlined getting for work and still got here almost a half hour early.
I love Sunday mornings too. Heck, any morning I awake sober and in love with life!
