Mesaman, thanks for the Joe Cocker story and photos. Quite a spread!
Mags, thinking of you. Steroids can play havoc with one's mood.

I hope everyone has a good start to the week.

Stupid brain...doing reruns of my dead bro...

Multiple organ failure from chronic alcoholism. He was in an ICU, yellow and comatose. We , family, decided to authorise for his life support to be turned off and we watched him die. He was older, but we shared same birthday.
Many years ago
. My other bro told me, on waking from an induced coma because of burns, due to alcoholic blackout- that I in that same ICU, I was in the same bed spot other bro died in,
A helluva a way to wake up.

Oh joy...reruns.

PJ, a 1.5 minute skit from one of my kid's favorite movies. Master Oogway's saying about past, present, future. Pretty hokey, but hope it helps.

PJ, when those things happened they were clearly deeply shocking and distressing to you, and I'm so sorry.

I hope the passing of time may gentle the fierceness of the impact for you.

I hope the present and the future bring sweet experiences to overlay the bitter.

End of Day 148 - Ran a quick 5k at the gym.

Today M confirmed that I will be moved to the next set of interviews (5 on the same day). They will confirm the day soon. Super happy, will start prepping up soon. G is still in progress. I have first round of phone interview for A on Thursday and F next week!!

Folks, sobriety is a gift that keeps giving. Feeling so relaxed despite so much going on. Lets give sobriety a chance. We have poisoned ourselves enough. Good night from Seattle!

I bet your brother would be really pleased at how well you have done since then PhoenixJ, I know I am.

London's oldest domestic property (there are much older buildings) is available to rent for £2,200 pcm. It is 600 years old.

Not my pic this.

That is amazing Sao! I can't even imagine a 600 y.o. building. I wonder if it is haunted. I bet it's seen a lot over the centuries. It's really pretty.

It’s a beautiful house Saou, it could be haunted Aly. Many stories the walls could tell, I’m sure!

That's a lovely house sao. Whereabouts in London is it?

Just think - when the Great Fire of London happened (in 1666) it was already well over 200 years old.
