Thanks for the update Gabe. You are in my thoughts. These are courageous things you are doing. You are helping so many people on SR and I'm sure in your real life by showing us what it looks like to take charge and reclaim your health and life for good. Thank you.

good day. Quite glad of the seven days isolation, as the next three weeks are really full on. Two zoom groups today and I feel like I've learned so much about myself and how I got here already. Staff are awesome. Very tired but resting and doing reading and work inbetween. Very ashamed of some of the things I did to get myself here but mainly relieved, grateful and I just know I'm in the right place. My responsibility to get the most from this I possibly can xx

Gabe, so glad to hear your update and that you are seeing the sunny side of isolation. 
I can certainly relate to the shame as well as your commitment to do the work. Part of that work will be to find forgiveness for yourself. You deserve that - in fact you need it. That you are in a safe healing place is going on my gratitude list today!

Really challenging and emotional day today but so good. My heart is bursting for some of the others in my group today. Just so much pain we all carry. Feeling every emotion under the sun and tired but very grateful I am here. It's going to be a lot of work from now on but then I get to have a new life. How awesome is that? Love to all xx

Emotional, exhausted, freeing, privileged, grateful, sadness and alive. Everything I've been feeling today.
Oh, and we had cake. All the folks from the UK will remember that school dinners jam sponge with coconut sprinkles. It was awesome!! x
