Morning Everyone x. Day 4 and glad to wake up sober. I am going to keep busy today with house tidying and cleaning. My mind is a bit overactive since I got up and the thoughts are not all that positive so might need to listen to some positive meditations or something to try and lift the thoughts up.

Where I normally come in contact with salt water, there are no nice sandy beaches.
While maintaining and feeding my alcohol dependency, I was definitely well on the way to giving up a number of things that really matter in life, and did give up some things.
The good news is that they are saying the vaccine could be available to all Florida residents as early as the end of April. .

Happy weekend everyone.
I'm trying to lose weight at the moment. I had been pretty much just eating the dinner my parents make for me and nothing else. I wanted to lose weight fast. But I've realised I should try and lose weight slowly and healthily. So this morning I had museli and a boiled egg for breakfast. It's going to take longer to reach my goal weight but I'll get there.
Went for a short run this morning. I struggle with agoraphobia so normally run at 6am when it's quiet. But today I went out at 11am. So that's progress.
