Congratulations. I saw what Saou had written and thought back to 7 days sober. I was ecstatic. It was such a big deal.

Nice to see you Captain,thank goodness your test was negative. You too Vman, pleased you are doing well and have found a sponsor to support you.
Andy I don't think we know enough about the virus yet as to whether or not it wants birth certificates or not

Today having read some sad posts round and about of people struggling I am feeling very grateful to be sober. Its a fine line, I am always aware of that, and my need to stay vigilant. Just a moments madness can lead to downfall, let the moment pass, and it will do just that.
I discovered a blackbird nest in my garden yesterday with two maybe three very young chicks. I was cutting back some honeysuckle and there it was, boy did I feel guilty for the disturbance to them, luckily it was minimal. I am now like a mother hen and feeling very protective of the young family.
