Leaving you a positive note for you to find on your return. You haven’t been on SR for five days now, that’s s good amount of time to have spent in detox. You should be feeling better physically, and I hope they’re helping you with s plan for when you leave there.

Sweeti, you’ve got the support of so many, and also so many years ahead of you that you can enjoy in sobriety. I’m very excited for you to begin making new sober memories, building new relationships, and also repairing old relationships. Once you get some time under your belt it would be great o look into some volunteer opportunities in your area, or even a small part time job. There is so much research around having a purpose in life, and it is one of the top things that allows people to live a long life.

Looking forward to hearing how you’re doing, sending lots of love your way.
