Tabata done...FYI people:
Any exercise that starts with the word Russian is a killer. I forgot the last exercise in this tabata routine was the Russian twist and I was going to move it to the front. Could not be happier this is over.
OK..time to run around the house getting things in order before I watch England take on Columbia.
