I am very sorry Sao,

Hi I have two furry friends and live them very much. One is a rescue pit and the other a jack Russell. Love ❤️ this thread.

He thinks he got me fired and told everyone that (this is an old situation, I wasn't fired).. and all day I've been fantasizing about how I'd give him a piece of my mind if I could.. text book open on my lap, thinking about nonsense. *rolls eyes hard enough to check out own brain*

Sao, you are in my thoughts, I am so sorry to hear this.

Delizadee, I am so sorry to hear about your doggie. I fear a trip to the vets is coming soon for us too. This is the only crap part about owning a pet.

SAH, I'm glad to see you. Stay here and post.

A big huge virtual hug to all of you.

Good morning, a wonderful Sunday morning wished for all. It's a long weekend here we have Monday off in honor of Queen Victoria's birthday. It's also the unofficial start of cottage season where many owners head to the lake and open their places for the summer. Have two big lakes and many, many smaller ones, Manitoba is true cottage country.

I'm very glad you've stood your ground with no drinking, SAH.

If your depression persists, you might benefit from an evaluation by a doctor.

Brenda, I'm prone to that kind of thing myself. Sometimes I even get worked up over imaginary scenarios that never even happened!

Working on it.

How fun to see all the animals that are part of SRers' lives. There are some sweet critters in your worlds! (Except that septicemia thing. Yikes.) STDragon, the joke in Minnesota is that people from the southern part of the state have cabins up north and people up north have cabins in Canada.

Best to all.

Sao, my thoughts remain with you as this chapter unfolds. Losing a parent, under any circumstance, is a complex process in addition to a sad one.

You are a loyal friend to this community -- a class act if ever there was one -- and we are keeping you close.

And it's the one thing that stresses me to the point I feel I want to drink. And it's all in my head, I'm creating it! School doesn't stress me out as much, and with that I know that the correct action is to study more or get that assignment done or ask that question, whatever it is I need to do. There's no solution for stress caused by imaginary situations because there's no action to take.
