First ever post second day sober. I have just been looking for inspiration to stay sober and have been reading past posts on this site, crying my eyes out. I was fighting with my willpower but that has passed for today. I know that it's early days but I feel determined. I have so much to I want to achieve. I want to look and feel better than I do today.

I first posted just over 2 weeks ago, had a bit of a wobble last week but came on here and started reading and posted about my day. Got lots of support and managed not to drink.

I haven't got a lot to say at the moment but thanks for the support-three days done I'm calm went for a walk came home and gone straight to bed another day done but feel ok / just browsing here helps so much - not much support to anybody else but selfish but thanks

I did have about an hour around 6 this evening when I tried telling myself I've done 2 days I'm fine have a drink tonight and the another: 2 off it I'm normal / but I'm not normal I am an addict/ so ashamed what can I say / but I'm ok again now
