Brynn, I went home for lunch and did not want to come back. My hammock looked so inviting... If I didn't have training scheduled I might just have played hooky. Hammock time at approximately 16:45.

I've left work haha
Gonna go hiking.
There's a roller coaster along the way in the highway; it's only open on weekends right now, but it'll be open all week soon.
I'll ride it as I head out to the woods.
Rollercoaster+ hiking= true love

Went to the doctor today and now I have to jump through hoops for the insurance.
As long as things get worked out in the end, it will be worth it.

Not to much, other than having to go through the steps for the insurance. Hopefully the PT will help a little.

I guess if the X-rays show anything I will hear before my next visit.

I'm not talking huge amounts

Three vs the. BIG difference in meaning! Cracked me up.

Just realized that I didn't explain the hoops.
Sent me for X-rays and then physical therapy. At my next appt. she will send me to get an MRI and then I can go see a specialist.

There is really something about strength training, in particular...at least for me. Cardio is great. But walking/jogging makes a lot of my muscles tighter and tighter. Strength training...it works kind of like a body scan relaxation for me! I guess if you can focus on a muscle group to work it out, you know what to "let go of", too!
