While I continue to believe it would be in your best interests to go see a doctor, the other things you can do for yourself is not expose yourself to alcohol. I cannot imagine that you're in any condition right now to host a dinner party, let alone one in which someone has said alcohol will be brought to your house. You don't need to be Martha Stewart right now and, beyond that, no one has the right to bring alcohol to your home.

Please, instead, go to the doctor.
