I hope things have improved, Trach. As hokey as it is I find solace in nature as well. When I look up at the eternal moon I imagine all the people who've looked at that same moon before, over the countless centuries leading up to this moment. It makes my own problems seem small, temporary. It kind of puts my problems in context.

We're all here for you if you want to talk about why your day was so lousy.

Who or what is Cow? That is the question. Cow is an adorable human being who has a thread under the Alcoholism section. Because of a neurological problem she has anhedonia, that is, she lives in a pretty much constant state of depression due to permanently mucked up brain chemistry. She has a wicked sense of humour, is extremely kind and, as I already mentioned, udderly adorable. Her avatar is 'Cow', hence the name.
