Just throwing the proverbial spanner in the works here....did I read once recently you saying you found your job extremely dull and unrewarding, trach? Because we usually spend so much time at work - I think it can really affect our moods, or make us moody if we hate our job. Not necessarily an easy solution, I know, but I was just wondering if that was at the bottom of it or a significant factor(?)
