Wow
Incredible support from SR friends - obviously you mean so much to others. Get back on the sober train...... Find your way. Sometimes it takes folks longer than others - me too!
Don't beat yourself up, but make some changes. For me that was finally seeking outside help.
Glad your posting!

And yes, you are honest, and that is very important in recovery. Many of us have our ups and downs. I truly believe that you can do this, because you do do it. I will never judge you.
Everyone's journey is different and everyone takes a different path and even if you relapse you learn something from it. You will find your mojo, I just know you will .
Hi Patman. I've been absent from posting for a while because of my own difficulties...but reading your post - I had to come back into 'the fold'. You helped me too when I joined in February, and I haven't forgotten that...
Cant you say something about how you're feeling right now...? Maybe you could try doing this on private messages to some here that you already know well? - at least as a start...but let us know here on the main thread how you are doing please - cos we (i) care. Please talk more about what has happened somehow. It may help...

G'day ThePatMan! I've been at work today, and came home to see your post. I hope right now you're in bed and dreaming of something nice and comforting, like a large polar bear stuffed with people from SR taking down the Hulk.
The Hulk is the one who gets drunk, so he can't be that strong in a fight. He's probably fallen over and spewed up by now.
Obviously you're a popular person on here and that's because you're a massive help to others, including me. I'm always looking for your name in threads.
So rest up and start your next day knowing that you will never drink again.

Good morning Pat. I saw your post and wanted to add my voice to the others. You are part of this community and much loved.
Sheesh I m even posting from work from my phone (which I hate doing) for you.
You are not alone and we will help you push through. I hope you stay with us and that today you chose sobriety.
SR needs the Patman and Patrick needs SR.

I know you know the importance of letting go of the anger and resentment you have for yourself and others. We create our own obstacles.
