Hope you are doing ok patman.
Just like Bruce Banner, you will learn to control the anger and keep the Hulk at bay. You have so many people here that really want to help.
Be easy on yourself.

I think I understand...having to live in Quebec and the only team to cheer for is les Habs...tres upsetting!
You have helped many here- let them help you now.
Make a decision to be better, and be better!
You know you can- so chop chop.
Also- if you can find it in your heart to cheer for our rather lowly Jets, you will feel much better!
Back on the horse, mon ami

Hello my friends. I just finished reading your posts. I am overwhelmed. And crying is ok right now. I feel guilty because I cannot answer everyone. You have spent time, writing. I love you all. Always have and always will. Each of you are my Life.

we're here for you and so is sobriety.
Good Morning Patman;
Hope things are getting better for you.
I went to sleep last night thinking about my many relapses and how
easy it is to fall back into drinking, but how terrible the life that results from it is.
Like you, a "Hulk" of anger lives in me and too often comes to life when I drink.
Sometimes I have said and done terrible things and can't look at myself in the mirror.
But I realize that this is a journey and I can choose to change my path and find peace.
We all deserve peace. We are imperfect beings doing the best we can,
and sometimes we just have to forgive ourselves and try again.
Miss you friend.

Hello my friends.
I decided to post, and not let my pride, feeling sorry for myself keep me. The shame and regret, kept me from coming back. But those are not serving well.
That being said, if people care for me, more than I do, then logic dictates that I might be hating myself unnecessarily. Yet my AV tells me that I must pay, suffer, and continue on my destruction path.
Trying to figure out a drastic plan. Because I need a new plan. Electric shock therapies come to mind. Joke aside. Love you everyone, thank you so much for the support.
Not done yet, here. I will turn purple in the face before I give. Stupid bottomless bottle!
