Great reminder!
I think of the analogy of every individual crafting a majestic tapestry.
We can't weave for one another nor see the bigger picture of what is being created, but sometimes we have the privilege of contributing a piece of material.

A guy at an AA meeting a long time ago, used the analogy of a tapestry when talking about the difference between a sober life and the life we had while drinking. On one side, it is all torn up, kinda raggedy looking. But if you turn it over, its a beautiful piece of work. John
