It's been ages since I've been really active. You're shooting for 20K steps. To me, 10K sounds daunting. But hey, motivation is key, right?

Aarryckha taking care of yourself is the best part of being sober. Take the time to enjoy.

Checking in again. I am back home. Stressful weekend, but I have tomorrow to do whatever I want. I see bacon and sawdust in my crystal ball.

Wow... I cannot sleep and not normally up at this time but there is nearly 100 guests on SR at the moment.

I suspect many who are in pain. I know I was always one.

Sobriety is possible. It's a whole new world for me. It can be for you.

Hey, Weasel, thanks for being here.

I was thinking of turning in then I just got all these thoughts filling my head. I'm trying to sort a few of them out so my brain will turn off.

Turning the brain off can be tough. Part of that is saying to those strangling thoughts "enough"! And take control.

Turn in.... Your mind will feel better for it. I am doing the same!

Lol...also I had no idea my neighbors were such dirty stay outs. I live in an apartment complex and like three groups of people all came home within the last 20 minutes. Bars close here at 1 so I guess that's why.

Oh well...

I'm here at McDonals--all the teenagers have gone home. I went to bed super-early last night, so now I have insomnia! Looks like I just missed the happenin' crowd here. Oh, well! Just checking in! Sleep tight, everyone! Have a fun day, Aussies!

PHEW !

Walked up to Beachy head , it one to the big white chalk cliffs on the south coast "white cliffs of dover stylee" .

Sat inside a pub at the top looking out to sea from our table and had a 3 course meal , walked back in the dark then went along the sea front for a couple of miles , stumbled down a kirb and twisted my ankle slightly .

Back home on the train , 40 mins from eastbourne to london .

I was saying to mex-m8 3 years ago i'd have been passed out drunk by now , i'd much rather do what we'd did yesterday .

My life has changed greatly in 31 months , it's a very worthwhile and freeing thing in my experience if you work at your sobriety and make it so .

Sunday morning coffee , I'm in for another day woooo

Bestwishes, m
