Well... Another weekend in the bag. A new week is in front of us.
I remember Monday after Monday of regret and fear. I can't do this I told myself. I must change. When will this end. All with a seriousness I can't even express in words.
Here I am now at work clear and feeling more free than ever. Not free completly. I would be dumb to think otherwise.
It is possible. If you said I am in for this weekend and now that it's Monday you feel ...out... Know sobriety is attainable and sustainable. You can just as much as I can.
