Way to go!! Today is day three, if I can count right, isn't it? Just don't drink for today. Just don't drink one day at a time! That's how we get where we want to be - one day, one hour, one minute at a time.

Woo Hoo - That's great coffeeboy! I know you can go another 24 hours. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I promise while you are trying this sober way of living, alcohol will not vanish from the planet. It will be there always. So why not give staying sober as good of shot (No pun intended) as you did drinking?

Oh those red eyes...yep they last for a little while and maybe some puffiness too. Like horselover said they go away in a relatively short period of time.
For me, it is amazing how my body is recovering. I have put a lot of poison into it for quite some time now.
