Good God, my 4th grade son's teacher just dropped his tagged butterflies off so he can feed and release them over the weekend. She's never been inside before 
but since we're passively trying to sell the house right now I figured I'd show her around. She said she has a friend that may like the house so she'll tell her about it.
Feeling slightly less pissed and going to start a ticker till the new proposed closing date changes.

Frst that was our reaction too.Still not sure what exactly they want. I do know one thing though...
They had better TAKE a bunch of crap the old lady said they'd leave. Like a huge rusty safe with nothing in it. It weighs a ton and they don't want to move it. We want it gone but if it was left we hadn't planned on making it an issue. Also some little crappy things she said she was leaving like a crappy old yucky looking freezer. We don't want or need it but it'll be hard to get it out of the room they have it in so again, just to make it easy we weren't going to make an issue.
Also, they have some floaty thing in the way back part of the yard... like from a lake? It's heavy... has a concrete top. We do not want to remove it ourselves and we sure don't want it there. Since they're being dopes they're going to have to take it.
They have at least 3 months to get those big heavy things out as of right now unless something changes with the papers again.
