Scott, I don't do AA. I have been to some meetings though... back around the time I was going to IOP (end of Nov 06 to the beginning of Feb 07). I think AA is great but I just didn't feel it was for me. I do have the utmost respect for the fellowship even if I don't go, and I know it helps a lot of people stay sober. I'm glad it's out there. And... if I start feeling like I need some meetings, I would certainly give it another shot.
I'm just an insane maverick. I like to do things on my own . I'm stubborn that way I guess
. So far, the sobriety thing has been working my way. I'll have 2 years in November :bounce.

Stone - I always used to make myself several hot toddies when I was sick so I understand wanting to use when you are ill. Hot lemon water & honey is soothing also. I just threw out my hot toddie mix this morning. It was little sad.
