The answer is no.

There is no evidence that you can "run off" or "sweat out" a cold. Studies have proven that you cannot decrease the duration of the cold or flu symptoms by exercising. In fact, if you workout too hard, you can actually get more sick.
Working Out With a Cold - Military Fitness - Military.com

A cold is caused by a virus: there is no cure. Make yourself comfortable, drink plenty of water, and just generally try to relax. Any fever associated with a cold can be controlled by paracetamol, otherwise it's not a good idea to induce sweating since this results in dehydration which is the very last thing you need.
WikiAnswers - Can you sweat out a cold

You can’t starve a cold to death. Neither can you drown it, blast it with pills, or sweat it out.
Are there any old wives' tales that you want to know the truth about?

63 minus 9.

Look for the corresponding letter in the grid which was a caret mark. When I clicked it showed up in the box ya dolt.

Took a short nap. Now we're off to Wal Mart to return something.

The Realtor dropped off the amended contact this morning and Mr. GT was just reading it getting us both worked up so we need to get out of here for a bit.

BBL .

When I moved I had a friend from AA help me and we moved someone else a couple weeks ago and (she didnt have much stuff) it only took a couple trips between the 6 or so of us - all from AA. I didnt get asked to move heavy stuff for a change !!! It was the quickest move Ive ever been involved with.

I guess I dont recall you saying you really go to meetings GT...
