Chatting with a woman who I've asked to be my sponsor. A step I was very nervous about taking, the asking bit! Going to yet another meeting. I didn't mean to go to one every day this week, how'd that happen? Studying... cause when school slips, I get panicky and start to jones.

By some miracle it is a sunny day here in the UK, possibly the last one until next March. Me, the kids and some of their friends are going to have a BBQ and then a bonfire.

Took my youngest to the park. Usually I would have started drinking at lunchtime.

Really appreciated little things today, things I haven't noticed in a long, long time. I'm seeing a lot of things through new eyes.
