I woke up feeling great. Thanked God that I didn't have to feel guilty or ashamed and that I remembered EVERYTHING I did last night!! Took my 10 year old to a class at our church, spent the day cleaning out my art studio (I paint) and tonight I am going to work on a painting, then watch yet another movie with my hubby and (since both kids are spending the nite away tonite) who knows what will happen after that (wink). I just know I won't be drinking!!

went to a big book meeting.. had nice breakfast and fellowship afterwords. Did a few chores when I got home.. Now.. Relaxing

Ok.Sorry-I didn't mean to hijack this thread.

I did goof off here with friends and it helped.Seriously.But I also posted seriously to a few people-and that also helped.

I baked some cookies for my family and sat outside enjoying the rare sunshine lately, this morning.

Simple things but they all count in recovery I believe.
