Boy do I know what you mean there. It's not that my personality under the influence of alcohol is bad, it is a different personality, very different. Today is such a hard day for me because I drank (quite heavily) yesterday and my drinking mind is in full gear, pushing me to drink, while my sober mind has not shown up for work yet.

It's so painful. I really need to see a doctor. I have an appointment tomorrow. I am completely falling apart. Each passing second feels like hours. I keep using this technique called EFT which is good for people with PTSD. But it does not help.
I have no appetite, I can't sleep.. I can't seem to do anything.
