Itchy, good to see you. And congrats on 12 years!

Things going slowly, we need a new carpet in the living/dining room and in the hall so can't unpack as much as we'd like until after it goes down next Friday. Still we are making progress slowly

Well my neighbor has a problem with his elbow so I'm going over to help with transferring his invalid wife. It does get me up and out. I'm not doing the long walks like PJ - well done PJ and Roxy! - but I it does get me up and out so that is good.

It is clouding up so I hope we get some rain. It is pretty sultry here although I shouldn't complain as it is way cooler than many other places in the northern hemisphere.

I'm off to shower and then do some basting and figure out what is next on the petticoat.

Well it looks like I’m finally back online! My landlord’s friend came over and tweaked everything to make sure we are all connected…he was more helpful than the Frontier guy!

I have 2 crushed vertebrae...from falls as a kid....they were discovered last year..when I had very bad back pain. It's about the same now...I was planning to walk big numbers, but no...lots of nausea. Dog is happy...been for short walks in different places...and she destroyed a big bone. I have to be careful with pain...it affects my depression.

Good Morning Overs from a rainy England. :wave!

PJ, sorry you’re having back pain. Take it easy, I’m sure Roxy won’t mind you resting up for a while.

Purps pleased you’re back on line.

Have a good day my friends xxxx

Mornin’ Mags

Wow that sounds unbearably painful PJ….that would drive me to depression too…. and there aren’t any medical solutions?

Roxy doesn’t seem bothered to take a break!

Its just past 2 am and I can’t sleep…oh well, at least I don’t have to be up in the morning….I suppose it’s too early for coffee…

I awoke at 2:00 am and don't have to be at work until 5:00 am, so yes, it is coffee time!

Have a good day all!

Meant to say congrats Itchy!

Peej, you don't have to stretch yourself for everything you do. A walk can just be for enjoyment of the scenery, the music the canine company, it doesn't have to be a personal best competition every time you go out. I'm sure Roxy, although she cam manage the distances, is quite happy with shorter, more frequent walks, with a chance tomr3st between them.

Mags, it's lovely and sunny here just now, the expected rain hasn't materialised yet. We could do with it, Scotland is turning brown, not a usual state of affairs!!

Bekind, you are a kind kind of person

PJ, Roxy looks relaxed and happy! You are right - pain and depression often go together.

Have a lovely Sunday, friends
