Thanks, Dee. I don't know. Possibly. I'm getting things done and taking care of myself. I'm not good with too many people at once. I was looking forward to going to a friend's this evening to see her and her brother who is visiting and I haven't seen him since last summer. Then my friend tells me three other people are coming, 2 of whom I don't know much at all. I just couldn't go. It's just not enjoyable for me. I know my limits, even if my friend doesn't get it and was snippy with me.

My sobriety date. I am joining the March class. Attending Zoom meetings for now and working with a sponsor.

The AV was all over me today: pretty standard whenever my unpredictable tinnitus flares up. I got through though, and am looking forward to graduating this March class and getting a month sober a day later (I wanted to quit on the 1st rather than the 2nd but the booze had other ideas, as it will do when you're in the midst of it)

It's day 2 for me. Yesterday was nice. Listened to a lot of The Unexpected Joy of Being Sober and met my new nephew. Had a takeaway pizza.
For some reason I woke up with a sore knee which is annoying. I wanted to go for a run this morning. Oh well, will settle for a walk.
I could get my dole today but I'm going to leave it for a few days I think, too much AV.
