5:39 pm in Louisville. I’m m making loaded baked potatoes for dinner and I’m sipping on a sparkling water. It’s been a good sober day. Focusing on staying in the present and creating new, healthy habits.

Suze, I'm sorry you're in pain and hope that you feel better soon. Sending you a big Hug too!!

I drove to a beautiful wooded park today and hiked a few miles with my dog. Let her off leash and she flew over the snow! The sun & brisk temps really boosted my mood and that was sorely needed.
