FBL who loves ya baby?! lookin good!

Got my hair cut yesterday - yay! Not as severe as FBL but back to my usual pre-lockdown length. Feels so much better and will be easier to cope with in Spain's heat. Where we are going they've had a slight increase in cases so now have made it mandatory for masks at all times when out of your own house. I hope that doesn't last too long as I don't fancy wearing one golfing in the really hot weather. But needs must as they say!

Congrats Mags!!! 7 years young. The fun is just beginning. Woot woot!

Toots - so happy that you got to see your mom!

Saskia - glad you are getting out. Luckily in my bubble people are taking it seriously - but I am in a hottish spot....

PJ - so glad you could get some fresh air with your friend and help her shake the funk. it makes such a difference!

FBL - wow, new place, new hair. No one will be able to recognize you after Covid

dinner bell just rang, so I gotta run with a hello to all.

Morning Overs

Thanks for the lovely words and congratulations yesterday, I was over the moon to reach 7 years. Then again I was ecstatic when I reached 7 days, it never tires...I have learnt a maturity being sober. It’s something I want to keep always.

Purps, me and hubby went for a walk along the Humber River Bank. Walked under the Humber Bridge which was noisy as traffic drove over a main join (is that the right words ) at the start of the bridge. We found a small wood which we will explore some other time.

It’s sunny here this morning. I need to do some laundry and stuff. I remember when I was a kid, laundry days were on a Monday here. Was it the same everywhere I wonder.

Have a great Tuesday, my friends. Stay safe. xxxx

Yep I remember Monday as laundry day Mags, still do tend to do my bedding on a Monday. I remember helping mum fold the wet sheets and feed them through the mangle before hanging them on the line! 😆

Congrats Mags! Woo Hoo! SEVEN YEARS
I agree with Toots, I love seeing your posts too.

Sassy,
The nearest Tesla for you to test your willpower is in Mass at the Natick Mall!

PJ,
Glad the friend pulled out with your support. Good Job!

FBL,
Dang, I missed your new Chome Dome look Pic. I've done that once in solidarity with a friend on chemo. He recovered thank goodness. My best friend in college,

Ran into my old boss from here, visited at ten feet on the patio. 42 years since we worked together. They are both in their 80s and fit as fiddles. He always was a workout nut. We are back to mandatory masks indoors in public places.

Sorry I haven't been regular. (not that way!) Hi to all I missed!

Stay safe guys!

Back to real classes in Art school. Drawing- lines of convergence, parallel this, perspective that, vanishing points, false vanishing points- a lot of info- all straight lines and ruling- hundreds of lines. Diff for me, because of cognitive shortfalls from the burns stuff, but I coped. All good. First world problems.
