Happy Friday Friends

I'm struggling but it's worth it. Taking care of health issues, healing, and all of the mental health stuff.

Going to get outside later when it is cooler and go for a walk. Sending peace to everyone.

Thank you, Venus! I've been isolating too much so I appreciate the reminder that I really am not alone in all of this!

Next week I am on summer break from school, I work in education, and I am glad. It's time to focus on me and and my recovery and my relationships. I am starting therapy next week and will seek out a zoom meeting and make things happen for myself.

I hope you are doing well this week

I hit 12,103 steps today!! I’m very tired though. Worked ALL day. Came home and I thought my MIL said she would cook dinner but le sigh there was none cooked. So I whipped up some leftovers and warmed in the oven. Made it seem like it was just cooked. Husband is off the deep end concerned about all the civil unrest the country is facing. My stress level is very high today. But I’m checking in for another 24.

Watching live tv. I can't believe what I am seeing. Crazy riots, crazy police, and a deadly virus on the loose, just unbelievable. I think I will have a difficult time sleeping tonight.
