Don't give in, FF. You're doing good. It's funny how alcoholics are precise to the minute about offies/pubs opening up! You said 23 minutes, not say 20 or 25. I remember
on the Sundays I would be at the shop at 12:30 on the button, not 12.31

Expectations of people at my building and I'm sorely disappointed. My dependency feeding off negativity. I can inventory them easily. I am grateful how to inventory myself. Must remember what's important. I can change my thinking and actions. Plenty of recovery how to. Assertive confrontations but sweaty and shaky now. Anxiety and hunger too early this A.M.

Time for food, prayer, meditation, rest, already. Which I'm grateful for.

Breathing and feet better. Grocery shopping later.

Scary riots occurring around the states. Sister and her family in Minneapolis area. Not involved in what's going on. All those police interactions I have had over the decades, all for alcohol and mental situations ... but grateful they didn't escalate by me or police. I've made amends to three cities' police dept. and fire dept.

Must keep focused also on myself, children, and their families.
