Class of March 2020 Part One
Morning all,
Thanks for the responses it's good to know we are not alone out here. I didn't take anything and fell asleep eventually although fitfully and with the weridest dreams I feel quite disturbed this morning. At least it is a decent day and I haven't got a hangvoer.
Day 5. I can see the sun rising from where I am sitting and I see that as a positive sign of a bright future.
Hope you all have a good day/night.

Real i hope it passes and u get back into a good sleep. I am lucky as i am on a anti d which i take at night and it helps me sleep. Saying that i guess i have never had a problem with sleeping not since in my late 20s and my BPD was in full swing. So i can sleep for britian now x

Me too by the way. I love my sleep.
Looking forward to seeing you later.....hope you have a great Monday! s ❤️
Regarding sleep, I know we are all different but for me it improved a lot by week two. The first 4-5 nights were super restless. By week two I could get 4-5 hours uninterrupted then a bit restless in the morning hours. Now I'm getting seven solid hours. Still can't sleep in but who can? 😂
I actually find I have more energy than I use now, which is a nice change but I still need to figure out where to direct it so I'm not so charged and anxious.

Actually feeling not too bad other than guilt.
This day 2 is a lot easier than last one although i did have some potential health worries on my last day 2.
The weight question is interesting as i have actually put weight on when i stopped in January sugar cravings to blame for that though!
