❤️❤️
Do you all have room for one more here in the Class of March?
have been drinking in the evenings, and I知 just sick of it.
As they say, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is week.
1. There is no booze in the house.
2. I知 going to change the route I drive home from work to not go by the liquor store.
3. I致e started journaling again.
4. I知 going to post here in the evening when I would be drinking - just to check in.
5. I知 getting back into my gym routine.
6. I知 not deeply religious, but I致e started praying, or meditating, or talking to God.
That痴 what I got for now. Talk to you all later.

Great to read so many positive posts from everyone, you're all such a great help and hopefully we can all support each other.
Had the most productive Sunday I've had in weeks. Woke clear headed, finally through the fuzziness. Feel tired now but looking forward to being clear headed tomorrow too.
I looked in a different mirror today in sunlight and was shocked at how bad I look. Puffy, red face, dry skin, red lines, just awful. I've really let myself go without truly realising it. Anyway, onwards and upwards.

does anyone think they'll never sleep the last couple of nights ive taken a mild sleeping pill but not a habit i want to get into so nothing tonight. im tired yet can't settle. the past and people from years ago are flying around in my mind. nothing bad more unsettling. and ive got work in the morning so need to sleep. i know sleep will come in time it's just unsettling in these early days.
It is unsettling love, but yes....it passes. The alcohol has to leave our bodies, and it takes a few days. I am sure that must contribute to unsettled sleep. s xx

I wondered if i would sleep again - but the truth was every night I got a little more sleep than the previous night.
Just me, but I wouldn't use any sleeping aids unless I absolutely had to.
