24 more please. Thank you Dee for the new page. Still no word about the Thanksgiving plans. I rowed a 500m benchmark yesterday of 1.36. My lungs hurt so much after that and it took everything I had to finish the workout.

heres hoping to a stress-free day.

One month today and, my blood pressure is slowly going back down to normal. I was starting to get worried.
