Really? Painting is worse than the dentist?
So much love and wishing you a painless and stress-free dentist visit.
They call it a visit after all, so there should at least be tea and cakes or something.

s ❤️

Thank you Venus, how are you doing? its mainly work stressing me out. My former self would be coming home and indulging In drinks. I am counting the days to 13th Dec which is my last work day of the year.

Hi gang! Hi SoberLeigh! Hope the medication works and you feel better very soon, sending you loads of love.

Just got back from visiting my sister to give her a rather unusual birthday gift. As I'm obsessed with the moon, I've become very interested in the moon phase when a person was born. Most people are aware of their zodiac sign of birth but we all have a moon phase too. So I found out the moon phase when my sister was born and then created a print showing the moon and the characteristics of a person born within that phase. I was worried my sister would think it was odd because I'm aware of my oddness but she really loved it!! She told her friends about it and now they keep messaging me to ask about their moon phase of birth! If any of you want me to tell you your moon phase, just let me know your date of birth .... Or pm me. Good to hear from you tictoc.... Not long til 13 December.... 23 days to count down! Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxx

I know that feeling....I had over a year when I relapsed in 2014. Believe it or not, it was a powerful learning experience in retrospect that I honestly would not change now. s

The time difference is so big at the moment I need to change my list time so it's not so late for the Aussies.....working out a new routine today.

Actually, turning over a whole new leaf today....I have been oscillating and taking on too many things and getting nowhere. Plus I am way chubby....so the new improved version of Suze gets underway on this beautiful Autumn day.
Thanks Suze
The timing of your list was really perfect for me I woke up to the start of week 2, seeing my week 1 celebrated. Thank you!

I hear you about a new leaf, I need to turn one over too. Starting with the awful funk my head had gotten into. And I’m feeling chubby too, I’d been letting the exercise dwindle, which is very likely partly responsible for my not-so-great mental health too.

Here’s to fresh new leaves for both of us ❤️

And fresh new leaves for everyone else who wants one
In fact, let’s get the garden tools out and turn over the entire garden with nice fresh new mulch and leaves, lovely earthy composty gardens with fresh new shoots and leaves popping up everywhere ❤️

And 24 hours sober please
Week 2 begins with a new leaf

I hear you Bailey, I went to the dentist yesterday. It wasn’t fun, but my mouth feels lovely and fresh after a good clean

Listening to Willie Nelson

I've had difficulty all day with SR log in page loading. All the pages load very slow....maybe why the quiet SR neighborhood???

Loam? Let me tell you about Wisconsin's state soil: Antigo Silt Loam. Seriously. Google it. Back in the 80s when I was living in the DC a tourist was wearing a tee printed with "Home Sweet Home. Antigo WI and Silt Loam."

I did listen to a 12 steps podcast...fell asleep to it, but that's okay.

I do have amends to make to a woman tenant here, but she is far from ready. So I cringe and bear it for now. The willingness though is key. Which I am.

Need to eat.

Have a great night and day.

Thank you Ms V! Add another day & still no pain today. I’m actually in training as an assistant mgr then mgr for my own store. Haven’t been in food industry in years, but I’m liked there & willing to learn something new

Mags, I have to say that you’re the very first SR member to call me 1NC! I thought 1New was short enough, but you went another level. It’s pretty neat & can be called by anyone bodies choice

As usual abc a good quote by Osteen! Will replay my victories in addition to my gratitude list!

24 in brrr Bmore pls
