Morning all. Its 9.50 am here in the UK. Please count me in for another 24 hours sober and clean. Congratulations to those celebrating a milestone, my thoughts and prayers go out to those suffering and struggling.

I feel marvelous today!! Great sleep, day off and drinking coffee. So good to not be hungover and most likely drinking this morning.
I've been working really hard to keep the balance and the last two weeks have been tough. Root canal work isn't finished yet and I've been so tired, but that's ok. Doing what I need to and then resting.
I still feel scared that this wont last but I'm making a conscious effort to turn that fear into faith. I've done enough now that I know how to do this and be successful.

0440 all dark time. In for 24 more hours of recovery. Doing well. Getting the sleep I need...but nothing all night through. Once I get my meds I'll also start sleeping on the bed. I think my up and at it attitude has changed to lay down again. lol

24 hours more please. On a surprisingly sunny and bright day in London.
Mags - did you see 'A Confession'. Thought that was absolutely brilliant so if not maybe add it to your catch up list (ITV).
Citrus - you can do it. This will be your forever streak. Mine too, I hope.

6:51am, I’m committing to another 24. My girls are awake and we are watching Sesame Street. Coffee is on. We have a packed day. Haircuts, soccer, costume Birthday party.
im trying to coparent as best I can while we figure out to divorce or not. He asked me last night if I would go to his family’s house for Thanksgiving. It is over 13 hours away and giving me severe anxiety. If there is one scenario that would push me over the edge, it’s that one. Now I need to figure out how to decline. His family isn’t so understanding.
