Work started ok, do but after thirty mins, lower back pain started! Soon I was working to just hold myself up; I prayed that God would show me when to stop altogether
He did & told my mgr the situation; his response was he had seen my movements earlier & wanted to say something but chose to wait it out for me! I know I need a sit down job like he said his wife has @ Proctar & Gamble. The only thing I need to take is action, action & more action
24 pls

Physical activity that's what I need but my goodness I struggle to prise myself off the sofa.
Okay that's my whine over with.
I mean come on I am sober!!!!! When did that become something I take for granted? Tut tut Jojo be grateful and keep looking forward.
Right!
Off out with the pooch. Lots of love and 24 more please xxx
I started doing WW on June 8th and hit my goal weight this past week. I just use the app, and I also try to walk every day, I have found it pretty easy to follow, I can still eat what I want, but it helps me make wiser choices. Not sure what you’re doing, but I really find this one easy to follow. I am going to try for another 6-8 pounds, I’m excited to enter the holiday season not having to lose weight!

Delilah and Purps, sometimes waking up between the hours of 2-4am can be viewed as a positive thing. A lot of spiritual and healing work happens when we sleep and sometimes waking up gives us the 'breather' we need to integrate whatever work was happening during our sleep. It's annoying to feel tired the next day, but on a deeper level, those moments of wakefulness may indicate that something rather awesome has occurred. That's what I believe anyway! Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxxx

24 more hours here please. In London, beautiful start to the day weatherwise. Nice surprise.

1newcreation - that work situation really does sound tough with your back. Hope you can find more suitable work soon.

Lillian - sounds like you have had a memorable year indeed. Enormous respect and best wishes to you and your husband.

Kenton - I shall remember your post when I wake up at 3 or thereabouts in the morning which does happen to me quite a lot. A more positive way to view it, at the least.
