Wow! I just slept for 13 hours! I didn't think it was possible for humans to sleep that long. I know labradors can do it but humans too? Wow. Loving the monster-sleep part of jet lag. Off to the shoe shop now to buy the kids new school shoes.... along with every other parent in London. And I'm not in Orlando anymore so I guarantee none of the sales assistants will ask me how I am or wish me a good day. Hey, maybe I'll bring a bit of Disney magic to the shoe shop and wish the sales assistants a good day. Maybe I'll even wear my Minnie Mouse ears. I just slept for 13 hours... anything is possible. Love to everyone... 24 more for me please xxxx

Hi all,
I’m learning so much about compassion and kindness as antidotes to anger and fear and it’s helping me to progress in my sober journey. This group and all the people here have proven to be faithful partners in my recovery, even though I have been absent a lot of the time and have not returned the daily support that I have received. But with the concepts of compassion and kindness I have learned that it’s never to late to begin again to treat everyone with respect and support.
So with that I’m signing in for another 24 hours of sobriety, compassion, and kindness.

And good morning.....and my sister has freaky intuition....every time I have a meltdown she feels me....message this morning checking to see if I am OK. I am better than yesterday, that's for sure....no more tears.....I need Johnson's Baby Shampoo..... Come to think of it, I have some.
I also need another 24 please, with oodles of love for everyone. ♥
