Not feeling my finest after I made unhealthy food choices for my body last night.
There are no "safe foods" in the house at the moment as I've had both boys home with me all week and there is no way I am taking them to the grocery store- that would be a disaster.
I will have to go tonight after my husband gets home.
I have been short, irritable and impatient with them.
I am just not cut out for this.

And just when I went 3 days without eating bad foods, I slipped again last night because of my emotions/frustrations of being a mom.
It wasn't a binge but it wasn't a good idea either.

I need to get this sugar out of my system so I can feel better (going to ride my spin bike and watch the new season of Ozark!)

Then we get to go see my parents this morning as they have finally returned from Greece! And then it's bowling with the boys and some friends. I am lucky enough to be working Saturday, Sunday and Monday so that will give me some sort of break from the chaos. Most people look forward to days off and I look forward to work- funny, isn't it?
