6:01 am in California and checking in for another 24. Looking forward to a three day weekend! Going to kick it off watching my daughter race later today, luckily I work close by.

Good afternoon all.
On pins waiting to see how Hannah got on at college today. She is having a trial for the college netball team too so I really hope she gets in. Exercise needs to become part of her life again. Every day brings worry right now and I am very tired.

Thought I'd try a little experiment .... I've started thinking that positive thinking may be the cure for everything. So I thought jet lag would be no problem for positive thinking. I thought if I keep telling myself I'm not jet lagged, then maybe I'll just adjust back to UK time no probs. And guess what?? Jet lag laughs at positive thinking..... I'm so tired!! It's 4.15 on Friday afternoon and I very nearly just fell asleep at work. I'll get back to positive thinking once I've had some sleep zzzzzzzz love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxxxx
