kenton..thid may seem unnatural- but MAKE yourself good a bit good...ine year is NOT stupid..so stop saying it- as this will just reinforce a negative image of yourself. Positive self affirmation is very hard work- opposite of what I was taught by my parents. SO DO SOMETHING NICE FOR YOURSELF.
tELL YOU WHAT? iF YOU DO SOMETHING NICE FOR YOURSELF TOMORROW- SO WILL i AND WE WILL COMPARE NOTES.
caps lock.
I did a few mile stone things this week...BUT ONE YEAR IS THE AXIS OF AWESOME.

11.10 - I am IN for 24 hours of sobriety.

Our old cat was put to sleep yesterday, he was 18 years old.
Strange and sad to go downstairs and not see his big eyes looking at me.

Brilliant, Kenton. I dream of being where you are. You have completed a full cycle of this thing we do. Every holiday. Every occasion. Every single thing that our life can throw at you. Seriously, well done.

Another 24 for me please. A long way for me to go but I can't do more than 24 hours at a time.

There can't be a person in the world who thinks celebrating 1 year of sobriety is stupid!
You are amazing! I am sure your dad can see you from where he is and I am sure he is very proud of you.
Congratulations to you Kenton- I am so happy for you!

"You are strong for getting out of bed in the morning when it feels like hell. You are brave for doing things even though they scare you or make you anxious. And you are amazing for trying and holding on no matter how hard life gets."

6:05am in Alberta, today is going to be a darn good day not to drink!

Another 24 please, and thanks...

Kenton, I've done a lot of stupid things in my life, fortunately getting sober wasn't one of them! Enjoy this day, be proud of it, you've earned and deserve it! Congratulations!

Here for 24 more

Can't wait to drop my 3 year old off this morning- that may sound awful but the non stop whining since 6:30 am is just insane! I am trying to learn more tolerance and patience but man, this one is so tough.

Can't wait to celebrate 6 months tomorrow. It's the first time I am really looking forward to seeing a number.

Congrats to all the milestoners today! And love to all my sober friends...
