It is quite tough sobering up and in all honesty I feel worthless a lot of the time. I’m glad you’re all here. It’s a bit lonely. I must find my positive hat �� again. These feelings dissipate, and yes, it helps megaloads if there is someone to hold your hand. I didn't have anyone either and I was lonely as heck. Start listing some of your strengths, there are many, and focus on those. If someone is trying to bring you down with their words don't let them. Move your mind to the manynpositive things about you.
