Checking in before heading to bed early! Good day at work followed by my daughter's cross country meet, and she placed first!! She had a great race, and was way ahead of the second place girl.
I love watching her run, and it motivates me to be active!
Tomorrow will be a juggle of Cross Country, followed by driving my oldest to a beach house for the night, then dropping one to theater, taking my son to soccer, and then his fall festival at 2:00. I volunteered first thing to get it done. I am tired just thinking about my day!!!!

Awful start to my sleep—nightmares, everything closing in, pounding heart. I went to sleep feeling anxious so I am up sipping tea and calming down before I try again. I was even fretting about not getting enough sleep. Ha! I would rather not sleep than have bad dreams. I had some pressure/demands put on me by someone this evening and it’s Friday night—just No. That simple. Deep breathing, easier thoughts and another tea if I need it!
